These Terms of Use (hereinafter, 'the Terms') govern access to and use of the website www.bcopilot.ai (hereinafter, 'the Website'), offered by SOLIDPULSE LABS, SL (Tax ID: B27565878), with registered office at Avenida Emilio Lemos, 32, Bloque 1, Piso 5, Puerta B, 41020 Seville (Spain), under the trade name Business Copilot (hereinafter, 'the Owner').

Accessing the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Website.

Through the Website, the Owner provides information about Business Copilot: a cloud platform, offered via per-user subscription plans, including a CRM, a live meeting assistant with a browser extension, projects and boards, AI training, proposals and connectors to third-party tools.

Contracting and using the platform is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Service, accepted when signing up at app.bcopilot.ai, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict regarding the service.

Information about plans, features and limits shown on the Website is for guidance only; the applicable conditions are those of the corresponding offer or agreement.

Access to the Website is free and open, subject only to Internet connection costs.

The user agrees to make appropriate, lawful, and diligent use of the Website and its content, and refrains from:

• Using the Website for fraudulent or illegal purposes or against the rights of third parties.
• Taking actions that could damage, disable, or overload the Website, or prevent its normal use.
• Using scraping, mass crawling, or other automated techniques without the Owner's prior written authorization.

It is governed by Spanish law.
