This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the informational website www.bcopilot.ai, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

The processing of data of users of the Business Copilot platform (app.bcopilot.ai), and of the data customers process on it, is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy (https://www.bcopilot.ai/legal/servicio/privacidad/) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) (https://www.bcopilot.ai/legal/servicio/dpa/).

2. Data Collected and Purposes

The Website has no forms or registration: sign-in and sign-up take place on the platform. We only process:

  • Communications you send us by email to the published addresses: your address, name and the content of the message, to respond to your inquiry and manage the pre-contractual or commercial relationship.
  • Website improvement: browsing data processed for analytics purposes using pseudonymized identifiers (Google Analytics 4, without collecting your full IP address), only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) logged by the hosting provider to serve the site and protect it against abuse.

We do not collect special categories of data or data from children under 14. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data without authorization, please let us know at legal@idptrust.com.

3. Legal Basis

  • Handling inquiries: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Analytics: the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Security and operation of the site: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Retention Period

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, once the relationship has ended, for the legally established limitation periods (generally up to 5 years for civil obligations and 4 years for tax obligations).

Data processed on the basis of consent will be kept until you withdraw it. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

5. Recipients and International Transfers

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law. To operate the website we use the following providers, acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR:

  • Website hosting and delivery provider, which also protects it against abuse.
  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — analytics (Google Analytics 4), only if you consent.

These providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (mainly in the United States). In such cases the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision — to which they are certified — and, additionally, by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you may exercise the following rights by emailing legal@idptrust.com with the subject "GDPR Rights". We will only ask for additional documentation proving your identity if there are reasonable doubts about it:

  • Access: find out what data we process about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ('right to be forgotten'): request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain cases.
  • Restriction: ask us to suspend the processing of your data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

SOLIDPULSE LABS, SL has adopted the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments and to changes in our services. Any change will be published on this page with its update date.
