Portal Cookie Policy

This policy applies to the app.bcopilot.ai portal and its login screen. It does not govern the cookies of the website (www.bcopilot.ai), which has its own Cookie Policy.

Cookies are small files that a site stores on your device to enable or facilitate its operation. This policy informs you of those used by the Business Copilot portal.

The portal and login use exclusively technical / strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to authenticate the user, maintain the session, and remember the active workspace and interface preferences. In accordance with Art. 22.2 LSSI, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. The portal does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

• Authentication session (Business Copilot) — Keep the user signed in and identify them. Technical / necessary. Duration: session / until sign-out.
• Active workspace and language/UI preferences (Business Copilot) — Remember the selected workspace, language, and interface preferences. Technical / necessary. Duration: persistent.
• Single sign-on provider (Google, SAML, or OIDC) — If you sign in with an external provider, it may set its own technical cookies during authentication. Technical / necessary. Duration: session.

As they are strictly necessary, disabling them may prevent login and use of the portal. You can configure or delete cookies from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge); note that this will affect the operation of the Service.
